Glow Maker is a vegan liquid highlighter from the Bali collection by Ingrid Cosmetics. It provides the skin with a natural glowing effect. You can combine it with your favourite foundation, concealer and face cream or wear it alone.

How to use:-

Apply to selected parts of the face directly on the foundation or alone on the tops of cheekbones, shoulders and collarbone.
